Dear diary,
Today I saw a boy.
He said he'd catch me.
Then I ran a workout.
It was pretty bad, I messed up big time.
I was supposed to do four 1000s. At 411, 408, 405 and 402. I ended up doing them at 425, 410, 403 and 400. So yeah I kinda compensating for screwing up so bad but not really.
It felt okay, no pain.
