Exercise Type: Run

no run today, trying to rest the soreness out of my legs. My legs feeling 100% for the first time in a while on the first 4 miles with Grogan on Sunday convinces me that I can be smart and get back to enjoying running again, not just putting my head down and getting in the miles and never feeling good. The first half of Sunday's run was honestly the first time my legs felt good in nearly 2 months.

Anyways, I have a little over 3 weeks to balance trying to get back to feeling good with staying in shape, so that's why I took today off. If I can run 31:53 on shitty legs, I'm either gonna get faster by getting back to feeling good, or slower because I'll just be losing fitness by lowering mileage and taking off days over the next 3 weeks. hopefully the former rings true.
