Comments:
was a short run, but just doing what i'm told! haha. ran on the indoor track, didnt feel it was worth it to head outside. did the accels within the two miles, and i felt real good, i dont really know how fast i was going through them, but it felt good. there were lots of joggers on the track for jogging class.
