this run felt really awful. my legs hurt and I was just exhausted. after about three miles I wasn't sure I even had the energy to keep going. many thanks for Phil for running nine minute miles with me and not wanting to kill me (that I know of), because I think that would be really frustrating. I hope I start feeling better soon. Maybe next week.
