Comments:
Think I pushed it a bit too hard on today's run. Did a 10 minute warm up, did 1 minute at 60% heart rate (zone 2) 10:10 pace and 1 minute at 80% heart rate (zone 3) 9:40 pace. same for 2 minutes. At 3, 4, and 5 minutes did 10:20 and 9:50. Total time was 50 minutes w/ cool down. Ran 4.1 miles.
