tried to stick with peter for the 800s, then was mostly on my own for the 4s and twos. we were stuck on the indoor track today, which sucked, because i am completely convinced that workouts on the indoor track are the reason i got a stress fracture. i had to run the 200s today in lane 3 to relieve some stress on my foot.
