Comments:
My hamstring pain was gone and I thought I was healed.

Workout: 8x200.

I did the first 7 200's without any trouble. I made sure I stretched my Left hamstring at every set (That was the one aggrivating me). Immidateley after the 7th set, I almost collapsed to the ground, My RIGHT knee suddenly had a sharp pain under the knee cap. I found out later that it could be Patellar Tendonitis. I walked back the the fitness center and stretched out for 15-20 minutes before leaving.
