Comments:
Couldn't walk. I limped when I tried to walk.
Stayed home to take care of it.
*Iced 20 minutes
*Break 20 Minutes
*Iced Again 20 Minutes
(Repeated every two hours.)
Massaged the affected area with Ice and hands. Stretched Quads everytime Icing was finished.
Worked Out Hips and Upper Body.
Sudfin advised me to workout the hips for knee strength.
