Comments:
Trying to get back into running form, 1st race april 28th...
5-6 warm up with stretching + abs and all
splits:
1.6 miles in 11:22
1 mile in 7:48
1 mile in 8:34
1.1 mile in 8:11
cool down with 3 minute walk to catch breath then same stretching as before but longer time

and it smelled nice when running because of spring lol
