steady state/slowish tempo thing.

ran early with Thea cause I had a stupid meeting again (second to last one yaaaaaay. I'm almost done being an RA!!!!!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Anyway, Coach told us pretty unspecific directions for the workout today, so we ended up doing a four-mile tempo. 1st two miles at 6:55 and second two miles at 6:45. I can not pace. Thea is very good at pacing. Established.

Sore. Slightly less sore. Bleh.
