well, due to the feeling of my legs yesterday, and the amount of work i plan on achieving today i decided to cross train. went between two of my classes, thought i might be rushed, but it wasnt that bad really. biked for 45:00 minutes, got 15.50 plus .5 cool down. felt good, hard to judge how i would have felt had i ran. hopefully they feel good for tomorrow. i already dropped mileage last week a bit, so i'll keep it the same as last week, its 50 compared to the 60 i was hitting. i sweat a lot, like a lot a lot, my shirt was drenched, because i've been drinking a lot of water, and i biked for so long. its hot in the cardio room too... then stretched with alyssa harker, and did hips, but didnt have time for abs, going to do them before bed or something.
