Exercise Type: Run

I'm sort of proud of myself for this one. Coach told me to run 88's, but I thought I should run faster than that because I want to run faster than that at conferences. but every other interval had this sprint thing at the end that I thought was kind of crazy. I ran the first 10 at a mix of 87's and very low 88's, and the last two I ran 86's. I think I did a good job at booking it on the sprint things, but I wasn't really sure how far I was supposed to go. mile and a half barefoot with Justine after, which felt pretty awesome. then dinner and awful long staff meeting.
