4 times 1200. talked to coach, she said she'll make sure its okay that i would go to allegheny (catching a ride with chris kelly) and if so i'll keep doing workouts until then. if not, i'll see what i'm doing, so until i find, still going to do workouts, like i did today! ran with chris grogan and carter. the first one was relaxed, i could tell, but thats what they were supposed to do, and i wasnt going to pass them. the second one picked up the pace, and the third they dropped me, but i still ran on time. the last one carter started with me, but his legs weren't agreeing so he stopped, which is fine, he's racing this weekend, i'm not. so even though my upper body was feeling tight i finished the workout. it was the same as the first, so not that bad. cold and windy out, made it a little rough.
