Sweet run. Felt great after a kickboxing workout and needed more. Wanted 5, but decided to go longer.
Knees felt the impact after around 47 minutes, although it wasn't painful, I could feel something. I want to get more on the balls of my feet and to drop my heal strike. My quads also felt the affects of absorbing too much impact.
