Wow. What a great run. This is the longest run I've had time to do in months. The goal for this 40-something slowpoke was to run 4 miles maintaining an average 10:00 pace or faster. I ended up hitting four miles at 39.33--for a pace of 9:53! I actually ran at an 8:57 pace for a couple of 2-minute intervals. I feel GREAT.
