Exercise Type: Bike

Finally got some cardio in again! My calf is still too sore to push off for running, but I thought I would give biking a try. Tested the leg on the stationary bike, and there was no pain. Took my road bike out for a nice ride! Through Economy and parts of Allegheny County. Came back on the Red Belt. I probably picked the hilliest course I could possibly plan out, which was rough for the first time road biking in 6 months. Pleased that I got my breathing going pretty hard and my legs definitely felt a shock. No idea of pace b/c I forgot to start my watch.

Now my seat hurts!
