Run up Orange 2 blocks as fast as you can, easy back to start. Do 8 times every 4 mins.
Cooldown, 2 x planks @ 90 secs. front and back, 45 secs each side. 3 x 10-15 pushups. Stretch
Was eaten alive by noseeums, did one round of planks and 2 of pushups then almost to 90 for my first plank and cracked under the noseeums and went home.
