Really tired this morning. REALLY tired. On my period, still a bit sore from the gym on Sunday, and just really really tired. Got up late and ate breakfast too close to the run (1.5 hours before, but ... heavy eggs = no good).

Met Jack at Wonderland Lake, 15 warm up, 4 loops of the hill, 15 warm down. My legs were JELLO by the end - it was really fucking hard! 5 laps next week.
