meet canceled yesterday - didn't end up running, did a long ab session - got in a quick workout today (100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200) with rest as walking back - supposed to start at 1500 pace and by the time we got to the 200 be at 800 pace - felt good, really ready for Ithaca Relays
