light day

new circuit legs felt rough, jogged to the RAC, did my 30 minutes, aka 28? turned around a little early

circuit was pretty tough this was the medium one.

put up track meet posters, than had meeting with DR. Brown, went well. forgot to ask about icing and such.

went to the gym to lift, saw tim.

did more than usual, 10xmiddle, 10xpull up tried to go up high, its really freakin hard, i think it was 10 by chin up as well. that did 8x dips

4x5 seconds leg lifts,
Maxed out on weighted sit ups, mason twistsx2 with sundeep.
