Comments:
To Giant Eagle and back. Felt stiff at first but loosened up as I went. Took it slow and focused on quick turnover but didn't seem as quick as usual. About half way back (after 3.5-4 miles) my left ankle started to hurt a bit with some tightness in my tendon. walked down the hill to my house to reduce the risk of hurting myself running downhill.
