Felt alright today, not the best but, alright. Same warmup as yesterday then a modified 50 second run. Just ran it at 800 pace, then a short little run then 3x50ms all out. Hopefully tension will be nice and high now. Ice bath last night, sprinting today, should be good shit. Trying out new strategy tomorrow, going out fast. Whoever goes out in front I'm going with them, gotta see if I'll be handle that at championships. Oh, and wearing the matums in the mile.
