1.25 mile warm up at 9:30 pace. Then a few 100 meter strides on the track. 6 X 400 meters (1:31, 1:32, 1:32, 1:30, 1:29, 1:31) with rest laps all in 2:30 (10 min mile pace), then 1.25 warm down
