Day one of training for running. Mostly fast-walking with 3-1 minute spurts of running. Used inhaler when my chest became tight, and I felt great!

During the first 15 minutes, though, I did experience foot cramping - painful, but not enough that I couldn't continue. Upon further research, it seems as though stretching beforehand won't help, and I suspect foot-strengthening will eliminate that as an issue.
