This is my first before-work run, and it was difficult, especially after 2 days off. I did try to go faster during my walking intervals, and also during the running intervals to work on Pose style, but I should continue to take it slow until my body strengthens up. I am in too much of a hurry.

In the last 10 minutes, my feet started cramping up again, which was bothersome, and almost debilitating. I need to find a way to add the barefoot jumping to my training to strengthen my feet.
