hot, hot heat

Comments:
i wasn't ready for how hot it was going to be. i didn't hydrate enough during the day and didn't really eat much. i left around 1:30 after doing nothing all morning, running the usual 8mile loop. i started out too fast--about 6min pace, but slowed down over the course of the run, to about 7min pace i think. i felt awful afterward, and we didn't even have gatorade for me to rehydrate. the overall pace of the run wasn't bad, but i'll just have to be smarter about when i run, and taking care of myself before running.
