Exercise Type: Run

After another week off decided to give it another go. Ran on the path for a softer surface. Felt perfectly fine through the first mile. Calf started to feel a little tight for the rest of the run but nothing more than tightness. I suspect it is tendonitis since it took a full mile to feel any kind of acute pain. Stretch/ice/advil routine and going to keep the mileage low and soft. I will only stop running again if I feel it gets worse or feel it is not tendonitis.
