DC Invite Part 2

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran the 800 as a workout with the first 200 being around 45 seconds and the second 200 35 seconds or faster. We did that for the secon lap too. It was really tough but i think i had an ok time. Then i ran in the 4x400.
