Weather: Clear and cool, kinda chilly
Comments:
WOW! my fastest time yet. I've officially broken through the 8 minute barrier for this 4 mile run.
The back of my right leg behind my knee is kinda sore so I've got to take it easy for a couple of days but this week has been great.
This weekend I'll ride my bike on Saturday and maybe hit the gym with Kat(hopefully) on Sunday.
