Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
i tried to pace myself a little better this morning on the way up the mountain. i ran with josh this time, so it was easier to start slow, and i doubled back a couple times so that i wouldn't leave him too far behind. made it up without stopping, but it took about 3 or 4 minutes longer than yesterday. i felt good on the way down, and continued running even though josh went back. i ran along the ropes course again, jumped a couple rivers until the trail ended, then turned around. ran through a playground and slid down the slide. along a frisbee golf course. back to the cabin. felt really great today for some reason, even though i struggled getting out of bed.
