Only needed 5.5 to finish the week, but I accompanied Colin on his 10 miler. It was pretty hot out, but it didn't hurt the run at all. We stopped at plenty of water fountains along the way, and the company makes it so much easier. I told Colin we were under no circumstances running the 1st lap in under 35, but we were 4 seconds under. Negative split by about 30 seconds the second lap. Overall really pleased b/c it felt really easy, but it turned out pretty quick for a hot day.
Hit about 45 miles this week. 5 too many, but I'm not feeling any worse for doing it. Will maintain 45 next week b/c don't want to increase too fast.
