Weather: clear cold 27 degrees

running feels good. strong but slow. i am concentrating on form and distance.

2 scrambled eggs / 3 pieces of toast.butter.jelly hashbrowns / coffee / water
not a very good breakfast. too many calories. need to eat better the rest of the day.
