unfortunate news, i had surgery today to remove my birthmark which they said was actually a small non-malignant tumor so they just wanted to remove it before there was even the smallest threat to my health... unfortunately this means i cannot exercise for a week until i get the stitches and bandage they stitched to my skin off, a set back but it literally feels like my skin is going to rip apart
