Hill Sprints

Exercise Type: Run

5 mile run w/ 7 hill sprints thrown in. The pace up the hills was definitely faster than a normal hill repeat would be. Wanted to get this in to get some leg strength in. Average hill length about 200 meters.

Out and back to Knob Hill (1st field) + 4 repeats on Pleasant Hills road hill
