Run Second

Exercise Type: Run

Threw my bike in the car, put my running shoes on, and started around the lake. It started to get warmer as I began, but the temp didn't feel that bad. I wanted to take it easy since I ran later last night, but the pace ended up being quite brisk. I was shocked that I was able to go that fast and have it feel normal after biking.

My legs are pretty tired after this week so I need to be careful the next few days. If I run tomorrow night (which I will probably do if it is really hot), it will be like getting a full day off. Good week overall though. Aiming for 50 next week in 7 days of running.
