Weather: Inside but still hot

I haven't been this tired after a workout in a long time. I ran Yasso 8s in early February at 2:40 pace really easily and closed in a 2:19. Not as easy today, but I should have expected this b/c I'm only 4-5 weeks into training. I was still able to hold the 2:40 pace for my intervals and closed in a 2:32. A nice gut check b/c I was feeling tired throughout this workout. I just kept telling myself that I was not going to fall off. Pretty sure the form went to hell and it looked terrible but the results are what matters. I'll need to do this workout in a month and see how it goes then. The goal then would be to close in under 2:19.

10x800 w/ 2:40 rest. 400 meter jog in between 4 of these intervals to get an extra mile. Indoor track b/c it is 93 degrees.
