Comments:
Was trying to run at my expected half marathon pace. First 4 miles no problem. Turned around into the wind and started hurting. Had to take two walk breaks on the way back. Probably 3-4 min each. Bottom of foot was hurting so I cut out the last half mile. Very tough workout.
