so we do 30 sec of surrender squats, 30 sec mountain climber, 1 min knee high lifts, 2min jump rope, 20 push ups, 15reps chest press, 30sec dead lifts, 2min jump rope, 1min russian twists, 90sec plank, 2min jump rope.

this day was practice day! it all seemed so hard. and us so lazy. will get better soon.
