yeah. it was so hot that it deserved two t's. 99 degrees when i left.
luckily i didn't have to run on the roads much, but it still got to me. i definitely slowed down, from maybe 6:35 starting out to 7ish in the 5th mile. i dropped some time in the last mile, but it felt really rough. i was just happy to be done. day off tomorrow, then friday and saturday will be morning runs, so i'll have a little respite from the heat. it wasn't a bad run overall.
stretch. 1:30 planks x4, 4x25 pushups
