nice workout

Weather: coold

4 x mile @ 5k pace, hit 5:12, 5:09, 5:09, 5:08, felt strong until the second halves of the last 2 intervals, pretty good workout overall and wasn't difficult to maintain pace, 5 min rest in between each one was nice too, did some work on getting out of being boxed in for a little bit, fun
