After My run I did 15 push ups, 50 crunches, 15 leg lifts, 60 second side planks and back and hip exercises(I did the back routine twice). When doing the leg raises I noticed the area near my right hip flexor hurting a bit, and when doing the hip exercises on my back I couldn't raise my right leg as high as normal without pain, so I raised it as high as I could without pain. I intend on icing it later, I'll update this as to how it feels later in the day.
