Comments:
I ran 9.0 miles and stopped as I was feeling lightheaded and weak. I suspect nutritional management of distance now has become very important for me particularly in the heat. My mileage goals are I think 10-11.0 miles in june; 12-14 miles in july; 15-16 miles in august; 17-18 miles in September and 18 miles in October.
