Comments:
At the beginning of my run my right quad and left hamstring were hurting, but after I got into my pace it went away. My right hip flexor hurt when I went up hills, but other than that it was a pretty good run, not terribly hot. I took a cold bath after I got done to try and help a little bit. Note: After work tonight my hip feels fine.
