Weather: Clear sunny in the 40's a bit windy

Comments:
Felt pretty good. Pushed hard on the way back but came in over my best time by about a minute. Still hovering right around an 8 minute mile though so I'm feeling pretty good. Planning to go for an MTB ride tomorrow if it's not too cold. Ute Valley here I come.
