Comments:
After my run: 15 triangle push ups, 50 sit ups, 1:00 flutter kicks, :40 swivels, 1:00 plank, then back and hip exercises. During the flutter kick my hip flexor was hurting so I just held my legs still for the remainder. During the hip exercises it was uncomfortable on the right leg list while on my back, but not painful.
