Pond Run

Weather: Hot but no humidity

Comments:
Tried to run 4 miles, got 2 then gradually succumbed to humiliating defeat. The Sunday and Monday runs were agressive and I could feel my body recovering so I walked the last 2 in shame, but with an eye on completing the recovery and making progress - I did knock 2:30 off my previous 5K on Thursday
