tybee beach at sunrise

after watching yesterday morning's beautiful sunrise over the atlantic ocean, i decided to do it again. got up at 6:15ish, put on some shorts and shoes, and went down to the beach. the tide was low enough that i could run on the hard-packed sand without getting wet. surprisingly, there were a bunch of people awake and on the beach in the morning. it was a nice run. i stayed on the beach the whole time, except for when i crossed over some rocks. out and back 3ish miles. 5 x 80m? striders, because i don't usually have a nice flat area when i finish a run.
