Comments:
Tried to run yesterday, but after a half mile, could tell it was not going to go anywhere, legs wouldn't move hardly at all, so walked for an hour.
Did an hour and a half of cardio and strength training in the morning.
the 10-miler--good pace, felt good whole run, very hilly and pushed on uphills, finished run around 6 o'clock, legs felt tired for a while...so probably means I'll feel like crap again tomorrow...
