Weather: coldish and fucking windy

Comments:
1.5 mile warmup and 1.5 mile cooldown, did falling ladder from 1600 down to 200 dropping by 200 each time, wind was just nuts and slowed it down a lot, splits: 1600: 5:06, 1400: 4:29, 1200: 3:49, 1000: 3:10, 800: 2:31, 600: 1:52, 400: 72, 200: 32, wind really screwed me up today and my feet blistered as bad as ever, going on 3:30 rest until after the 8 and then kept cutting it down, bleh
