Weather: 70s, sunny, humid
Comments:
slowed it down a bit for the "long" run, but the run was very comfortable and I feel in great shape. Cross training was HARD abs/arms in the gym, and stretching out legs while watching TV later. Rolled ankle mid-run so calf is tight, but I am icing that tonight
